This great vacation rental shares an access drive with approximately four other homes in this area of Little Switzerland near the Blue Ridge Parkway.  The drive is a steep winding mountain road...but...Oh worth the drive!

The view from the deck is exceptional. If you open the doors all you hear is the sound of birds and a stream rushing down the hill . The rental property is very clean, very well maintained and extremely comfortable in a country cabin type of way. It was the perfect out-of -the-way getaway for our anniversary. It is just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and close to many natural attractions. It is also only about 35 miles from Asheville and everything that it has to offer. However, if you want to relax and enjoy nature in an extremely comfortable setting this is it. An added benefit is that you are only about 2 minutes away from the best book shop that I have ever visited. We found several old treasures there. We will be visiting again!
