Reservations/Confirmation
At the time you contact us for reservations a confirmation will be sent to you and should be received back in our office within 15 days with a prepayment of one-half (50%) of the gross rent and Security Deposit of $100). A receipt will be mailed to confirm your reservation. (If the prepayment is not received within these 15 days, we have no other choice but to cancel your reservation without further notice.) The balance will be due at check-in time. We only accept cash, certified checks and travelers checks.
Pets
It is the choice of the individual homeowner if they will allow small pets. If so, a non-refundable fee of $125 plus tax is due at check-in time.
